What is Botox?

Botox Cosmetic is a purified protein. This protein is produced by the Clostridium Botulinum bacterium. The Botox protein then prevents the treated muscles from contracting and causing wrinkles.

How long does Botox last?

Botox can last anywhere from three to six months in the areas treated. Repeat treatments are needed to maintain a lasting result.
