Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Albert J. Fox

Albert Fox, MD was born in Queens, New York. He is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. He attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where he developed an interest in surgery of the face, head and neck. Dr. Fox completed two years of General Surgery and completed his residency in the highly competitive specialty of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. During his residency, he trained under the renowned Craniomaxillofacial/Facial Plastic surgeons, Dr. Robert Kellman and Dr. Scott Tatum.

Dr. Albert Fox underwent additional extensive training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the aging face and neck through a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This is a highly competitive fellowship with only 40 programs in the United States offering this highly specialized training of the face and neck. He trained with Dr. Keith LaFerriere, the past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Dr. Gregory Renner at the University of Missouri. His interests in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery include facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow lift and reconstruction of skin cancer defects.

Dr. Albert Fox has presented research in facial trauma at the Craniomaxillofacial Surgery Advanced Symposium, and has published scientific and clinical papers in the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery and other peer-reviewed journals.

In 2004, Dr. Albert J. Fox joined Northeast ENT. He is dual board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Albert Fox is committed to bringing excellence in facial plastic surgery to the South Coast of Massachusetts and the Cape Cod region.

In addition to his pursuit of surgical excellence, Dr. Albert Fox also enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking, running, kayaking and skeet and trap shooting. Dr. Fox has a deep love of family, art and photography.
